Tickets are now on sale for the annual youth auction! Last summer 97 youth and adults went on mission trips to Bryan, Texas and Appalachia. Donations are now being accepted! Brisket will soon be smoking! Plan now to be there for the whole day because you will not want to miss a moment! All funds raised will go toward the 2 youth mission trips during the Summer of 2013! Tickets are sold the day of the auction & Sundays, 10/07 & 10/14 in the Soul Café. Tickets for the best BBQ dinner prepared by My Brothers' Keeper are
$6 per Adult $3 per Child (3-12). Bidder Number Tickets are
$5 per number. (Number is needed to participate in the Life & Silent Auctions). Raffle Tickets are $1 per ticket. Bag Auction Tickest are 50 cents each and sold only the day of the auction.
The Schedule of Events: 9:30 a.m. The Silent & Bag Auctions Begin! 11:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. The Best BBQ Dinner prepared by My Brothers' Keeper is served. 1:00 p.m. Bag Auction Closes, Raffle Tickets Are Drawn, The Live Auction Begins!

Silent Auction Tables Are Closed in Random Order
