Dallas Symphony Orchestra announces December concerts

The DSO's holiday concert tradition returns with an all-new concert of dazzling seasonal favorites that's perfect for the entire family. Concerts will begin at 8 p.m. Dec. 7, 8, 14, 15, 16, 20, 21, 22 and 23 at 2:30 p.m. Dec. 9, 16 and 23.
Single tickets start at $36 and can be purchased by calling 214-692-0203 or by visiting www.DallasSymphony.com.
A DSO Family Christmas will be performed at 11 a.m. Dec. 8. Children can enjoy the magic of the holidays with classic carols, favorite songs and a special visit from St. Nick. Come for a winter wonderland of music and fun, and be sure to arrive early for lobby activities the whole family will enjoy, such as photos with Santa, an instrument petting zoo, holiday themed arts and crafts.
Single tickets start at $10.
Fiesta Navidad with Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 13. Two-time Grammy Award winning Mariachi Los Camperos de Nati Cano led by mariachi legend Natividad "Nati" Cano celebrates with the concert Fiesta Navidad with the DSO. Enjoy a program with traditional and Christmas favorites and entertaining holiday songs from the Americas performed by well known mariachi and the DSO.
Single tickets start at $21.
Michael W. Smith will perform with the DSO at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 17 and 18. Smith returns to the Meyerson for special holiday performances. Single tickets start at $35.
Mannheim Steamroller will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 27-28. Single tickets start at $40. This performance is without the DSO.
New Year's Eve with the DSO will be held at 7:30 p.m. Dec. 21. Celebrate the most festive night of the year with an elegant Viennese-style concert featuring waltzes and popular light classics. Single tickets start at $30.
