Billie Katherine Parvin
Billie Katherine Parvin of Prosper, Texas, passed away November 8, 2012, at the age of 85.
She was born January 11, 1927, to William Calvin and Betty Katherine (Crank) Bryant in Prosper, Texas. She married George Richard Parvin on November 20, 1948, in Prosper, Texas.
Billie was a beautician for many years. She was a member of the Prosper Garden Club and First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Mary Jo Parvin of Prosper, Texas, and Vera Kaye Price and husband, Jeff, of Denison, Texas; son, Bill Parvin of Dallas, Texas; grandchildren, Natalie Clark, Teresa Menser, Daphnie Harris, Karen Heusinkveld, Casey Price and Chad Price; 10 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Worley of Fort Worth, Texas, Martha Ann Scott of Prosper, Texas, and Mary Sebastian of The Colony, Texas.
Billie was preceded in death by her parents, W.C. and Betty Bryant; husband, George Parvin; and grandson, Jason Parvin.
A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 10, 2012, at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas.
