Collin Creek Mall opens at midnight on Black Friday

Shoppers can get an early start on their Black Friday shopping when Collin Creek Mall opens at midnight on Black Friday, November 23. The first 1,000 customers will receive an “I Survived Black Friday” shopping bag loaded with goodies to get them through the night, including bottled water, quick-energy treats, comfy socks and more! Adding to the fun, every half hour from 12:30 to 6 a.m., Collin Creek Mall will have drawings for prizes, including gift cards, massages, holiday gifts and more. For the last drawing, held at 6 a.m., one lucky shopper will win a $1,000 shopping spree.

Along with survival bags and drawings, shoppers will be surprised and delighted by the shopping center’s Holiday Helpers who will randomly give away treats to help shoppers make it through the early morning shopping jaunt. Surprises can include gift certificates for Food Court eateries, chocolates, gift cards, free massage coupons and more.

Shoppers who spend $175 or more at Collin Creek Mall retailers between midnight and 6 a.m. are eligible to receive a $20 mall gift card. Shoppers simply return to Center Court where receipts dated November 23 from 12:01 to 6 a.m. will be validated. (Some restrictions apply.)

“Early morning shopping on Black Friday is a win-win. The retailers have special offers, limited time sales and more. Plus, it’s fun. There’s an energy and camaraderie among shoppers who brave the early morning and hunt for the best bargains. We love the early birds – and we’re planning to load our shoppers up with survival supplies to make the experience even more fun,” says Sandy LaClave, general manager of Collin Creek Mall. “Set those alarm clocks. Join in the fun. We’ll be here. Don’t miss it.”

Collin Creek Mall is closed Thursday, November 22 for Thanksgiving. The shopping center opens at 12 midnight on Friday, November 23 and closes at 9 p.m. On Saturday, November 24, hours are 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday, November 25, hours are 12 to 6 p.m.

Collin Creek Mall features over 130 specialty shops and eateries including Macy’s, Dillard’s, jcpenney and Sears.
