FMA students present goodies to firemen
FMA students presenting goodies to firemen.

On Saturday, Nov. 10th the Upper Elementary students along with their teachers, Ms. Buchanan and Ms. Doherty, met in the parking lot of the Frisco Central Fire Department. The students have been focusing on the character trait, compassion, and had chosen the role firefighters serve in our community as their focus.
To close their study of compassion, the students participated in a Bake-a-Thon on Friday November, 9th, at Frisco Montessori Academy. The Upper Elementary Students spent the afternoon baking the firefighters delicious goodies to show their appreciation for the compassion they show us each and every day.
At 8:30 am on Saturday morning, the Upper Elementary Students from Frisco Montessori Academy hand-delivered these treats to the firefighters at the Central Fire Station on Main Street. They were warmly welcomed by the firefighters with smiling faces as they handed over Rice Krispy Treats, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Ice Cream Eclaires, Apple Dumplings and more!
