Collin County Genealogy Society hosting annual seminar Feb. 16

The Collin County Genealogy Society will host its annual seminar on Saturday, Feb.16, at Southfork Hotel, 1600 North Central Expressway, Plano.
The featured speaker will be Lloyd Bockstruck, former head of the Genealogy Department of the Dallas Public Library. He will be speaking on The Colonial Germans, The Scots-Irish in American, Anglican Church Records, and Virginia, where the British Empire Began.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m., and the seminar will be from 9 a. m. to 4 p.m. Cost is $30 for members of the Society; $35 for non-members. A late charge of $5 will be added after Feb. 4. Make checks payable to CCGS, and mail to CCGS, P. O. Box 865052, Attn: Feb. Seminar, Plano, TX 75086--5052.
