Coming off a benchmark track and field campaign in 2012, Allen senior Taylor Dunlap will not only look to build off that success this season but for years to come after committing to run for Purdue.
Dunlap has entrenched herself in the Lady Eagles' record books, placing seventh in the 400-meter dash at the Class 5A State Meet in May.
Prior, she finished second in regionals, won the district championship -- each running the 400 -- and holds school records in the 200 and 400 dashes, plus the 1600 relay.
