It's official: Garland ISD trustees name Morrison superintendent

The wait is over. Following a mandated 21-day period, the Garland ISD Board of Trustees on Friday, Feb. 15, unanimously named Dr. Bob Morrison as superintendent of schools. On Jan. 24, the board chose Morrison as the lone finalist for the position during a specially called meeting.
