Cathy Sue Fraze
Cathy Sue Fraze, 59, of Denton, passed away on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, after a brave fight with cancer.
She was born on December 2, 1953, in Gainesville, Texas, to George W. Hammer and Mary Nell Beasley.
She married Johnny Glenn Fraze on March 18, 1973, in Lewisville.
Cathy enjoyed reading, movies, traveling, and was an avid Texas Rangers Fan. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandson, Preston.
The funeral service was held on Friday, March 1, 2013, at 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of DeBerry Funeral Directors with Chaplain Carolyn Osoinach officiating.
Cathy is survived by her husband, Johnny; daughter, Sarah Fraze; son, John Fraze and wife, Elizabeth; grandson, Preston; sisters, Connie Smith, Carol Parks and Cindy Wheeler; brother, George Hammer; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
